Our service offerings include the cutting of various materials such as MDF, Chipboard, Plywood, Acrylic Boards, Corian, and Hi-Macs. We also provide custom-made formats for constructing wardrobes or doors using laminated boards from reputable manufacturers such as Egger, Krono, and Xylocleafe.
Additionally, we work with veneered MDF boards in a range of finishes, including Oak, Walnut, Ash, Maple, and more. At the request of our customers, we can veneer elements using any type of veneer. Our facilities include veneer stitchers and presses, which enable us to handle this process efficiently. We are capable of veneering both straight and curved elements in our press, cutting boards to size, and achieving precision sanding with wide-belt sanders, down to a tenth of a millimetre. We also offer milling, planing, and drilling services. The highlight of our operations includes three advanced CNC machines: 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis, allowing us to execute even the most complex projects with ease.
In our offer, you will also find the final effect of your product, as we specialise in the final finish, including spray paint with Acrylic, PU, AC lacquers, and varnishes. We can create any color finish for you, whether it's high gloss or intense matte. We also provide liquid metal finishes and can apply them to wood elements, using options like Brass, Bronze, Gold, and many others. Membrane Press
The membrane press is perfect for pressing veneer panels, curved workpieces, laminates, and similar materials. The working principle is that a vacuum builds up below the rubber membrane, which then forms itself exactly around the workpiece, providing the exact amount of pressure of the material on to the workpiece. The increased temperature under the heating hood accelerates the glue hardening process.
Heated Veneer Press
